Seth Price

Seth Price is a founding and managing partner of Price Benowitz LLP.

Mr. Price is an AV rated attorney who has earned a perfect 10/10 by AVVO and was named one of the top 50 lawyers in the Northeast by Amtrak Magazine. He has been rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell and was selected as one of the top 100 attorneys in Washington, DC by the National Trial Lawyers Association. Additionally, he now serves on the association’s executive board.

Seth Price began his career at Swidler & Berlin as a plaintiff’s insurance litigator. He then went on to help launch USLaw.com, a ground-breaking consumer legal website that matched consumers with legal information, forms, and attorneys in their state.

Mr. Price has recently stepped down after 6 years as the Board Chair of KIPP Baltimore, the Maryland branch of the highly successful charter school network. Recently, he has been asked to serve as Board Chair for Ed Village, which is helping to bring the best teaching practices to schools around the globe.

Mr. Price is a member of the Bar of the District of Columbia and the State of New York (he is not admitted to the Maryland Bar). He graduated with honors from The George Washington University Law School. Mr. Price received his BA from the University of Pennsylvania in Economics and International Relations.
